Shrimp and bacon carbonara

With incredible pleasure and with all my heart I want to share a recipe for a wonderful dish of national Italian cuisine. I often cook shrimp and bacon carbonara for family lunch or dinner. The dish turns out to be incredibly aromatic, juicy and tender. The process of making carbonara will not take much of your time and will give you an unforgettable pleasure.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Rinse the tiger prawns, clean the intestines, shell and tails. Peel the garlic and chop with a knife. Heat the pan well, add a little olive oil and put the prepared shrimp and chopped garlic, stirring occasionally, fry for just a couple of minutes.
step 2 out of 6
Rinse the spinach well and dry, add to the pan. Peel the onions, rinse in cool water, and finely chop with a knife, add to the shrimp, salt and pepper. Fry the onions until softened.
step 3 out of 6
Pour in the required amount of cream of any fat content and, stirring constantly, bring the sauce to thicken.
step 4 out of 6
Pour cold water into a large saucepan, put on fire and bring to a boil, salt, add the required amount of fettuccine. Cook until al dente for the time indicated on the package, drain through a colander. Send the boiled fettuccine to the pan to the sauce.
step 5 out of 6
Cut the bacon into slices, fry until golden brown in a separate pan. Grate the required amount of Parmesan cheese on a fine grater. Rinse the parsley thoroughly, dry and chop with a sharp knife. Put the prepared ingredients in a skillet with pasta. Mix thoroughly.
step 6 out of 6
Arrange the bright carbonara with prawns and bacon on plates and serve.

Enjoy the mouth-watering pasta!
