Heat a frying pan, add butter, melt it. Put the chopped champignons, fry until the released juice completely evaporates. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft. Send the ham into the pan and pour in the cream, and stirring constantly, cook for a couple of minutes until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
