Not so long ago I had a chance to taste an unusually tasty Carbonara with ham, cheese, mushrooms and cream. The paste turns out to be incredibly tender and juicy. A hot dish will become a decoration of any festive celebration. Be sure to cook!

Prepare the ingredients you need to make a mouth-watering Ham, Cheese, Mushroom and Cream Carbonara.

Grate the Parmesan cheese on a fine grater. If necessary, "Parmesan" can be replaced with any hard cheese.

Heat a frying pan, pour in the required amount of heavy cream and bring to a boil. Then add the shredded cheese, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
