To all lovers of pasta I would like to recommend from the bottom of my heart the incredibly tasty Carbonara with cream and bacon without eggs. The paste is tender and juicy. Such a dish will not be left without the attention of your guests, your loved ones will definitely ask for supplements.

Pour cold water into a saucepan, put on fire and boil, salt well, put the required amount of spaghetti. Cook until al dente for the time indicated on the pasta package. Then drain the spaghetti through a colander or sieve.

Peel and rinse the onions. Cut the peeled onions into medium cubes.

Heat a heavy-bottomed skillet well over medium heat. Pour in a small amount of olive oil. Add chopped onions and sauté until soft, then remove from the pan.

Cut the bacon into thin slices. You can use any bacon - raw, uncooked or smoked-boiled. Put chopped bacon in the pan where onions were fried. Stirring constantly, fry it until golden brown.

Grate the Parmesan cheese on a fine grater. Any hard cheese can be used instead of Parmesan.

Put the fried onions in a frying pan with the fried bacon. Pour in the required amount of cream. Season with salt and pepper, add dried herbs and garlic to taste. Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
