With the arrival of the first warm days, we all strive to leave the city, spend time in the fresh air and, of course, cook a barbecue. Today we want to offer you a recipe for potatoes in foil on the grill. This is a great option to diversify the menu of charcoal dishes. The potato turns out to be soft, with a fire aroma. And you can complement such potatoes with an excellent sour cream sauce with herbs.

We wash the potatoes from the sand under running water, put them on a paper towel so that they dry a little from the water. It is best for the potatoes to be approximately the same size.
