The potato casserole is a great dish for both lunch and dinner. Our recipe perfectly combines minced meat and potatoes, which add satiety to the dish. In order for the casserole to acquire a pleasant golden color, its top is covered with sour cream instead of cheese.

Simmer everything together under a lid for about seven minutes with the addition of salt and pepper to taste, and then form a meat layer on a layer of mashed potatoes.
