Put the minced meat on the fried onion, mash it with a spatula so that there are no large lumps, mix with the onion and simmer over low heat under a covered lid for 5-7 minutes. At the end of stewing, season the minced meat to your liking and add spices. A good taste in this dish will give a mixture of paprika with black pepper, 1/3 tsp each. and half a teaspoon of coriander.
