Raw potato casserole

Potatoes are an affordable product from which you can prepare a huge variety of dishes. Side dishes, salads, soups, pies, potato pancakes - there are so many dishes that it is impossible to list everything. I recommend making a potato casserole with raw potatoes. The dish turns out to be quite satisfying and very tasty. This casserole can be served as hot for any occasion.

Prepare the ingredients you need for your potato casserole.

Peel the onion and chop finely. Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into a well-heated skillet. Transfer the chopped onion to the pan and fry until softened. Transfer the minced meat to the pan, add spices to taste and stirring constantly, fry for five minutes.

Wash and peel potatoes, cut into slices. Grease the prepared baking dish with a little oil. Transfer half of the potatoes, salt and spread evenly over the mold.

Put the fried minced meat with onions on the potatoes, flatten.
