This delicate and nutritious dish for children is prepared only from boiled potatoes and meat boiled and twisted in a meat grinder. Minced meat is not used. A casserole with sour cream sauce is served.

Put the minced meat from boiled meat (this can be pork, beef or chicken) into a frying pan with the onion, add a little water, salt and simmer it over low heat for several minutes under a covered lid so that the minced meat becomes juicy and does not crumble. You can add a chopped boiled egg to the minced meat.
While the casserole is cooling, prepare the gravy for it. To do this, pour the broth into a separate saucepan, add sour cream, tomato paste (optional) and flour to it in the amount indicated in the recipe and whisk with a fork or whisk until smooth. Put a saucepan on low heat and cook the gravy, stirring it continuously, until it becomes thick. You can add dry herbs to it.
