A quick potato casserole under a cheese crust is cooked in a skillet under the lid. Delicious and aromatic, it is perfect as a side dish for a meat dish, and as an independent dish, you just need to supplement it with herbs and your favorite sauce.

We wash the potatoes under running water, remove the sand with a sponge. Put the potatoes in a saucepan, fill them with water so that all the potatoes are immersed in water and boil them in their skins until tender. Remove the finished potatoes from the pan, let cool. After that, we clean it and rub it on a coarse grater. Peel the onions, wash and rub on a fine grater, or chop with a blender.
