Potato casserole with minced meat and tomatoes

A hearty casserole dinner will feed the whole family. The combination of potatoes, minced meat and vegetables will delight homemade ones, and you will not spend a lot of time cooking.

Peel the potatoes and cut into medium-thick slices. We coat them with mayonnaise, mix. Cover the baking sheet with vegetable oil and spread the potatoes there in an even layer. Salt and pepper to taste.

Defrost the minced meat in advance. We drain the water from it. Cut the onion into thin half rings and add to the minced meat. We mix. Layer on potatoes. Salt and pepper if necessary.

Cut the tomato into medium-sized pieces and distribute evenly over the casserole. We send it to bake in the oven for one hour at a temperature of 180 degrees.
