With minced meat and cheese, you get a wonderful, very satisfying casserole. This dish is prepared both from mashed potatoes and from boiled potato slices, or you can make it from raw potatoes, cut very thinly. This casserole recipe is made from mashed potatoes and fried raw minced meat. In order not to doubt the quality of the dish, it is best to use homemade minced meat.
