It so happens that the kid likes some dish from kindergarten and the mother wants to please him with her favorite food at home. We present to your attention the very recipe. The dish wins with its soft consistency and fully satisfies the diet of a growing organism. It is advisable to use minced meat, chicken or beef. Spices should not be used for baby food, and adults can be served a dish with sauces, mustard or horseradish.

Boil the peeled potatoes until tender and drain the water from the pan. Heat milk and hot, in portions, pour into potatoes. Crush it in mashed potatoes, you can also use a blender, if you have the necessary special attachment.

Add eggs and beat vigorously and stir without curdling in the hot environment. Lightly salt the puree. Rinse a piece of beef, cut into several pieces and dip in boiling water along with 2 peeled whole onions. Check the readiness of the meat by piercing it with a knife, the structure should be soft. Remove from saucepan onto a plate and let cool to warm temperature.

Grind the beef with a meat grinder and fry in vegetable oil along with peeled and finely chopped onion heads. Pass the slightly cooled mass again through a meat grinder and lightly salt to taste.
