In this recipe, you are invited to cook a potato casserole simply in a skillet. The recipe is handy for those who don't have a working oven. In this casserole, potatoes and minced meat are fried separately, and then everything is quickly baked in a skillet under a milk and egg filling.

Peel the potatoes, rinse with water and chop into small pieces of any shape.

Cut the peeled onion into small cubes.
Peel the garlic, crush with a knife and then cut into small pieces.

Cut the butter into medium pieces as well.

Wash fresh herbs (dill and parsley), pat dry with a napkin and chop finely.

Prepare the casserole dish in a separate bowl. To do this, beat the eggs well with milk and a pinch of salt with a whisk.

In a separate skillet, heat some vegetable oil and fry the chopped potatoes in it. Fry until golden brown over medium heat. Sprinkle the fried potatoes with salt and pepper.
