Delicious potato casserole, prepared with hearty minced meat, mushrooms and juicy baked tomatoes, perfectly diversifies the home menu. Cooking is simple, although it will take about an hour. But the family will be well-fed and satisfied!

Peel the onion and cut it into squares. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and sauté the onion until golden, 10 minutes.
