A casserole of potatoes, minced meat, mushrooms and cheese is a very tasty and delicate dish for the whole family. It turns out to be hearty, nutritious and incredibly appetizing. And baked products retain many useful vitamins, which means you can't think of a better dinner!

Cook the mushrooms in boiled water for 20 minutes, then drain the water through a colander and cut the mushrooms into small pieces.

Peel the onion and cut into cubes.

We clean and wash the carrots. Rub one carrot on a coarse grater.

Now sauté the onion in vegetable oil for 10 minutes, add the carrots and mushrooms, stir and fry for another 10 minutes.
