If you are puzzling over what to cook for dinner for the whole family, so that it is tasty and inexpensive, a fragrant potato casserole is perfect for this purpose. An interesting touch is given to the dish by pickled mushrooms in the composition.

For cooking, you can use any minced meat. The most delicious casserole is minced chicken, but to make it juicier, it is recommended to mix it with minced pork in a 1: 1 ratio. Set the multicooker to the frying mode and fry the minced meat, stirring constantly, for 7 minutes.

Peel the onion head and cut into thin half rings. Pour the onion into the minced meat and fry everything together until the meat lightens.

Peel and rinse potatoes. Put it in a saucepan and cover with water. Boil potatoes until tender. Drain, cool slightly and puree the potatoes with a hand blender. Next, the mashed potatoes need to be turned into dough. Carefully add eggs to the cooled puree, stirring constantly so that they do not curl. Add flour, stir and beat again with a blender.

When the mashed potato dough has thickened, grease the inside of the multicooker bowl with a piece of butter, put half of the potato dough. Smooth it out and put the cooked minced meat on top. Sprinkle the minced meat with salt and pepper.

Put a layer of pickled, chopped mushrooms on top of the minced meat. Put the rest of the potato mass on top of everything. If the dough sticks to the spoon, soak it in water.

Close the multicooker with a lid, set the baking program. Bake the product for about 35 minutes. Then cut the casserole into slices, put on a plate and sprinkle with finely chopped fresh dill.
