Today we will prepare an amazing dish - a casserole with wild mushrooms.

We wash the potatoes well under running water, you need to rub them a little with a sponge, put them in a saucepan, fill them with water and boil them in their uniform until tender. Drain the water, put the potatoes on a plate and let cool. Peel the cooled potatoes and cut into slices 6-8 mm thick.

Peel, wash and cut the onion into small thin slices.

Pre-boil the forest mushrooms until almost cooked. We cut them into small pieces.

Cut 200 grams of cheese into slices, they go to the middle of the casserole. Rub the rest of the cheese on a coarse grater.
