Potato casserole with cabbage is a great option for lunch or dinner. Baked potatoes, minced meat and cabbage, all covered with a fragrant cheese crust and lightly sprinkled with herbs, what could be better!

Remove the finished potatoes from the pan, let them cool and peel them. We cut it into circles, 5-7 mm thick. We spread half of the potatoes in the first layer in a form greased with vegetable oil. Mix the sour cream with salt and pepper and coat the potatoes a little on top. With the next layer, lay out the minced meat, distribute it over the width of the entire form and grease it again with a thin layer of sour cream. Next, we send the cabbage into the form, level it and coat with the remaining sour cream. The next layer is potatoes. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle on our casserole. We put it to bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. There is no need to bake a casserole for a long time, because all the ingredients were prepared in advance.
