Rinse the chicken fillet and cut into cubes. Also rinse and peel the mushrooms and then cut them into slices. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan, and then fry the chicken fillet pieces until golden brown. Add the mushrooms and fry all together for five minutes, stirring occasionally.

Peel and rinse potato tubers in running water. Then chop the potatoes at random and send them to the chicken with mushrooms. Fry the potatoes with the rest of the ingredients, then add spices and salt, pour in the cream. Bring the food mixture to a boil.
