This is a recipe for a quick dinner, when you really want to eat, but there is no time for cooking. Use potato casserole instead of cold stew. Boil the potatoes, cut them into pieces, so it will be faster. Take beef stew, it has less fat.

Transfer the stew from the jar to a preheated frying pan, divide it into small pieces with a fork and keep it on low heat for several minutes to melt the fat and juice.

Put the chopped onion into a frying pan, mix with the stew and simmer for 5-7 minutes over low heat, covered with a lid.
