We wash the potatoes under running water and peel them. For casseroles, it is best to use potatoes of approximately the same size.

We turn on the oven for heating and set the temperature to 200 degrees. Let's move on to preparing potato fillings. Combine mayonnaise and egg in a convenient bowl. Add some salt.
