Microwave potato casserole

A hearty casserole for dinner can even be made in the microwave, which will save you a lot of time. A quick potato dish is delicious and aromatic. As good as in the oven!

Rub hard cheese with shavings on a coarse grater. We leave it on a plate for a while. We'll need the cheese at the end.

Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. If the onion is too large, it can be cut into half rings.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. The slice should be no more than three millimeters thick.

Let's prepare a dressing for the casserole. To do this, combine the eggs with cream. It is better to take cream with a high fat content. Add salt, pepper and whisk the dressing until a single mixture is formed.

Place the ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. We lay everything in alternating layers: ham, onion, potatoes. Pour in the egg-cream dressing, close the lid and send it to the microwave for 25 minutes. The required power is 700-800 watts. We take out the casserole, sprinkle with cheese and send it back to the oven, but already for 5 minutes. After which the casserole is completely ready, you can serve it!
