Delicate, soft on the inside and crispy, ruddy on the outside - this is how potatoes are obtained, if you cut them into slices, generously grease with spicy oil dressing and bake in the oven until golden brown. These delicious pieces will instantly disappear from the table, because no one will refuse such a tasty treat. An excellent option for a snack for a family evening, a friendly meeting - it is simple, easy to prepare, but it turns out very tasty!

Cooking a fragrant potato marinade. Place olive oil in a small bowl. Pour paprika, dried oregano and basil, dried garlic, turmeric, black pepper and salt to taste into it.

Peel the garlic, pass the cloves through a press. Put the resulting gruel in a bowl. Tear off the leaves from the thyme branches and also add them to the bowl to the oil and spices. Now shake everything well together until relatively homogeneous.

Peel the potatoes, rinse and cut into medium-sized longitudinal slices. Then we dry the pieces with a paper towel so that no excess moisture remains on them.

Place the prepared potatoes in a wide bowl and pour over the cooked spicy marinade. Mix everything together with our hands and try to evenly distribute the dressing over each piece of potatoes.

Cover the baking sheet with a silicone mat or oiled parchment. We lay out the potato wedges so that they do not touch each other. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees. We send a baking sheet with potatoes to a medium level into it and bake for forty to forty-five minutes.

While the potatoes are in the oven, rinse the dill and green onion feathers. We dry the herbs and chop it finely with a knife. We take out the finished potatoes from the oven. Immediately transfer the hot wedges from the baking sheet to the serving plate. Sprinkle with prepared chopped herbs and serve hot. In addition, we serve any favorite sauce. Classic options are ketchup, mayonnaise.
