Potatoes as a side dish are always relevant, expected and loved. There are countless ways to prepare it. We offer a simple and not time-consuming recipe for baked potatoes with garlic and mayonnaise in the oven. A delicate soft core and a delicious golden crust on the surface - such a side dish will decorate any dish!

Place the chopped potatoes in a wide bowl. Peel the garlic, pass the cloves through a press. We spread the resulting gruel to the potatoes. We also add mayonnaise and salt to taste. Mix everything together with our hands and try to evenly distribute the sauce, garlic and salt over each potato wedge.
We preheat the oven to a temperature of 220 degrees in convection mode. We send a baking sheet with potato wedges in mayonnaise into it to a medium level and bake for forty to forty-five minutes. By the end of the baking time, the potatoes should be soft and golden brown. Remove the finished potatoes from the oven and immediately transfer them from the baking sheet to a serving plate. Serve hot.
