Potato wedges in the oven with garlic and sour cream

These potato wedges are very similar to those sold in fast food establishments. Only it is much more useful and safer in composition. We control the quality and quantity of spices and other additives ourselves. Such a snack can be safely given to children.

Preparing the potatoes. We peel it, rinse it. If the potatoes are young, then you do not need to cut off the peel from it, since it is tender and baked well together with the pulp.

Cut the prepared potatoes into longitudinal pieces - slices. We place them in a bowl.

Add the indicated spices to the potato wedges: paprika, oregano, salt and black pepper to taste. Pass the peeled chives through a press and also put them in a bowl with the potatoes. Then add sour cream and mix everything together so that the additives are evenly distributed over all the potato wedges.

Cover the baking sheet or baking dish with a silicone mat or oiled parchment.

We lay out the baked potato wedges so that they do not touch each other.

We preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees. We send a baking sheet with potato wedges into it to the middle level and bake for thirty-five to forty minutes.
