To make the potatoes on the grill completely baked and juicy, use this easy recipe. For frying potatoes on charcoal, young, small tubers are better suited, they contain less starch, and it does not boil so quickly.

Wash the potatoes with a sponge, wipe the dirt off the tubers, pat dry and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the potatoes into slices. Cut the fat tail into thin slices the size of the potato circles. Skewer the potatoes and bacon, alternating with each other.
