The main condition is to let the cake cool well before serving, only the completely cooled product acquires the desired crumbly texture.

Preparing the ingredients for the cake. Brew a tea bag with boiling water in a cup and let it cool. We do not get the bag all this time, since we need to get a strong tea leaves. Pre-sift the flour.

In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar, soda. Mix with a spoon.

Pour vegetable oil and cooled and infused tea leaves into dry ingredients. We mix everything with a whisk or a mixer.
