I bring to your attention a delicious and very simple fruit yogurt cake. The taste of the cake directly depends on the filler of the yogurt - cherry, apricot, apple, etc. The good thing about the recipe is that you just need to mix all the ingredients, pour into the mold, bake and ... ..voil! Cupcake is ready! Fast and easy!

Take a deep bowl and mix the eggs and sugar. Beat them lightly until a little foam appears.

First, take the butter and melt it. Let it cool and then mix it with the egg and sugar mixture.
Then add yogurt and mix. Add baking powder and flour step by step - mix everything thoroughly. As a result, we get a ready-made dough, the consistency of thick sour cream.
If, nevertheless, we found candied fruits in our kitchen, either fresh or frozen berries, you can safely add them to the dough at this stage.
Mix everything thoroughly.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Transfer the dough to the cake pan and put it in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until tender. We check the readiness with a toothpick.
A delicious yoghurt-based cake is ready! Let it cool down and you can take our cake out of the mold, cut it into portions and serve it to the guests at the table.
If you wish, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar, or pour it over with confectionery icing ..., although it is good without it;)
