According to this simple recipe, when you really want something sweet for tea, bake a muffin on kefir in a slow cooker. The baking is tender and moist, and the ingredients for it are also simple and every housewife always has. You can add any filler to this simple basic kefir dough, and every time there will be a dessert with a new taste.
