Cupcake on kefir with chocolate surprises with its rich chocolate taste and moist, delicate texture. In some ways, it resembles the famous brownie, but differs in greater porosity. An important taste nuance is prune pieces soaked in cognac. And the addition of kefir gives a certain airiness.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Preparing a baking dish: grease it with oil and sprinkle with flour. It is good if it is a special cupcake pan with a pipe in the middle - in this form the cupcake is better baked.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath or microwave. Be careful, chocolate melts very quickly in the microwave, it is important to stop heating in time and not to burn the chocolate. Cool liquid chocolate slightly.

Put soft butter in a wide bowl, add sugar and begin to beat with a mixer until a soft mass is formed. Pour in kefir, melted chocolate, vanilla extract and beat again. One by one, add the eggs, each time mixing everything thoroughly with a mixer.
