Sweet tooth, rejoice: today we will sort out the recipe for a cupcake on the shelves - so chocolate and delicate that it would not be a sin to include it in the list of favorite baking recipes for tea. The task is also simplified by the fact that we do not need special dishes for baking - a regular frying pan will do.

Note: all ingredients should be at room temperature.

We take the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks (this is easy to do if you break the egg in half with a knife and roll the yolk from one shell to another. The whites will flow smoothly into a prepared container).

Beat the whites with a pinch of salt until steep peaks. Gradually add sugar without stopping whisking.

In a separate container, mix the yolks with sugar with a whisk, gradually adding softened butter. Stir the ingredients until smooth.

Add cocoa powder, flour mixed with baking powder and vanillin to the container to the yolks. Mix thoroughly. Add proteins and gently knead the dough until smooth, moving from top to bottom.

Grease the frying pan with butter and spread the dough. We bake over low heat for 30 minutes. In order not to disturb the effect of the oven, do not lift the lid.
