Cupcake with raisins - something so familiar from childhood. Dense porous structure combined with raisins - a unique taste. Dessert with raisins is a great treat for tea. The cupcake can be baked in one large pan or in small ones. In order for the cake to bake well in a large pan, the baking time must be increased.

Rinse the raisins well under running water and pour boiling water for 5-7 minutes to swell.

Drain the water through a sieve and let the remaining water drain for a few minutes. Pour brandy over the raisins and set aside for 10-15 minutes.

Beat the softened margarine with a mixer with granulated sugar and vanilla sugar.

Fill the greased form with 3/4 full of dough and smooth evenly over the mold. Place the form in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 40-45 minutes an hour. Check that the cake is ready with a wooden skewer. If you have small tins, the time to cook the muffins will be 25 minutes.
