When there is no time to deal with complex baking, but really want to please the family with a homemade dessert, a cupcake cooked in a microwave oven in a matter of minutes can help out. This quick but tasty cake contains the most common ingredients.

Prepare the required amount of wheat flour, granulated sugar and cocoa. Sift flour and cocoa through a sieve, then add them together with sugar into a deep bowl.

Take a chicken egg and beat it into the container with the other ingredients.

Preheat the cow's milk and melt the butter. We send the prepared products together with baking powder and vanilla to the total mass.

Mix all ingredients with a mixer to make the dough homogeneous.

Pour the finished dough into two circles, which are suitable for use in the microwave.

The baking process will be intermittent so that the cake does not "run away" from the mug. We send the cake to bake at maximum power, first for 1.5 minutes. Then we take literally a second break and set it again for 1.5 minutes. After a total of three minutes of baking, we again stop this process for a second and then safely turn on the microwave for 2 minutes. By the end of the baking time, the cake will stop growing in size and return to its final shape. When done, cool the cake, sprinkle it with powdered sugar and treat yourself to a delicious dessert.
