Next, combine the flour with salt, mix and sift the resulting dry mixture through a sieve 2 times.

Pour sugar into a separate deep container, add pre-softened butter to it and mix gently with a spoon. After adding vanillin or vanilla sugar, beat everything thoroughly with a blender or mixer for about one minute.

Add large chicken eggs to the resulting oil mixture and continue beating. A minute will be enough.
