Cupcake with cherries in a slow cooker

Baking in a multicooker is good because it does not require much effort from the hostess: you just need to mix the ingredients, and the kitchen appliance will do the rest for you. Cupcake with cherries is a delicacy that is easy to prepare, and, most importantly, it is very tasty with a pleasant cherry sourness.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Melt butter in a multicooker on the "Heat" mode.
step 2 out of 8
Beat eggs with sugar in a deep container until the sugar is completely dissolved.
step 3 out of 8
Add sour cream and melted butter to the resulting egg-sugar mixture, mix until smooth.
step 4 out of 8
Sift flour and mix with baking powder and vanilla sugar. Gently mix the flour into the dough.
step 5 out of 8
Remove the seeds from the cherries. If using frozen cherries, be sure to defrost them.
step 6 out of 8
Pour the cooked dough into the multicooker bowl, spread the cherries on top.
step 7 out of 8
Cook on the Baking program for 50 minutes. Readiness can be checked with a toothpick.
step 8 out of 8
Turn the finished cupcake onto a dish. Baking in a slow cooker does not turn out to be very browned on top, but this can be fixed: make a chocolate confectionery icing and cover our cake with it. Now you're done! We invite everyone for tea!
