Today we offer a recipe for a cupcake, which includes kefir. Elementary simple kneading of dough and composition of products, and the result is excellent!

We take out butter from the refrigerator in advance, we need it to be softened. We transfer it to a deep plate and beat with sugar using a mixer at high speed until fluffy for about 4-5 minutes.

Without stopping whisking, add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each.

Add kefir, salt and vanillin. Mix everything at a reduced mixer speed.

Sift flour and baking powder into the dough, mix well with a spoon until a homogeneous smooth consistency is obtained.

We wash the raisins under running water, put them in a colander and let the excess moisture drain, then put the raisins in a plate and mix them with a tablespoon of flour and send them into the dough. Mix everything well again.

We transfer the dough into it, distribute it evenly over the entire form and send it to the oven, preheated to 170 degrees for 40-50 minutes. We check the readiness with a skewer.
