Next, pour in milk at room temperature and throw in a piece of melted butter. By the way, the butter can be melted and cooled in advance. We continue to beat the egg mixture for another 1.5-2 minutes.
Rub the capacity of the bread machine from the inside with a soft butter or vegetable oil - a small layer. Thus, the cake will not stick to the walls and bottom of the mold, and the finished baked goods will easily fall out of the container.
