And such pastries will certainly be to everyone's taste! Cooking such a cake in a bread maker will take no more than 20 minutes, and the oven will do the rest.

To prepare the cake, knead the dough in a bowl. To do this, first add salt to the wheat flour, and then the baking powder and mix everything in one container. In another container, beat the eggs with granulated sugar with a mixer for a couple of minutes and add vanilla sugar there.

After three minutes of beating, the mixture will increase in volume, and the eggs with sugar will turn into a fluffy and airy foam. Next, pour in milk at room temperature and throw in a piece of melted butter. By the way, the butter can be melted and cooled in advance. We continue to beat the egg mixture for another 1.5-2 minutes.

Combine the dry composition (flour with salt and baking powder) with the egg mixture. Now, use a whisk to knead a homogeneous cake dough in a circular motion.

Rub the capacity of the bread machine from the inside with a soft butter or vegetable oil - a small layer. Thus, the cake will not stick to the walls and bottom of the mold, and the finished baked goods will easily fall out of the container. We fill the container of the bread maker, previously oiled, with our sticky and viscous dough. Use a spatula to level the surface.

We lower, close, select the "Baking" mode. On the bread maker, set the cooking time to one hour and thirty minutes and wait for the final signal. The door must not be opened during the preparation of the cake, as if it is opened, the heating temperature will drop.
