Red Velvet Cupcakes are another variation on Red Velvet's theme. There are several variations of this lovely dessert: cake, cupcakes, muffins and muffins. Today we are going to make muffins. Kneading the dough for muffins is very simple - mix the liquid ingredients and dry ingredients separately, and then combine them together. We bake the muffins for no more than 20 minutes, so as not to dry out the delicate porous texture, after which we decorate them with an airy cream, which is ideally combined with the delicate and porous structure of the muffins.

Pour sugar into a deep bowl, add vanilla extract and vegetable oil. Using a whisk, beat the mass a little, and then add the egg. Beat until light foam forms.

Then add milk melted in the microwave oven and a little chilled butter to the dough, add the dye. Combine the ingredients, stirring them with a whisk.

Sift flour into a clean bowl, add cocoa, baking powder and salt. Mix dry ingredients with a whisk.

Then add them to the liquid mass and knead the dough, homogeneous in consistency, without lumps.

We put paper tins in a baking dish and fill them with dough by 2/3. We put the muffins to bake in an oven preheated to 175 degrees for 15-20 minutes. The main thing is not to dry the muffins, they should be slightly damp on the inside.

Remove the finished muffins from the oven and leave for 10-15 minutes to cool slightly. Then we transfer them to the wire rack and leave to cool completely.

To prepare the cream in a deep bowl, combine the cream and powdered sugar. Beat with a mixer until light fluffy mass. Then add vanilla extract and cream cheese. We combine the ingredients until a homogeneous consistency, 2-3 minutes will be enough for this. Put the finished cream in a pastry bag with a nozzle and decorate the cupcakes. Put the muffins on a platter and serve. Enjoy your tea!
