Break eggs into a bowl for making the dough.
step 2 out of 13
Pour granulated sugar and a pinch of salt to the eggs.
step 3 out of 13
Beat eggs with sugar with a whisk or mixer until smooth. It is desirable that the sugar crystals dissolve completely, and the mixture becomes almost white. The better the eggs are beaten, the more fluffy and fluffy the finished muffins will be.

Pour milk into the egg-sugar mass and mix.
step 5 out of 13
Pour soda into the resulting mass, mix thoroughly.
step 6 out of 13
Melt the butter in the microwave or on the stove to a liquid state. Pour into a bowl to the main mass, add vegetable oil and mix.
step 7 out of 13
Sift the flour to enrich it with air. Pour the flour over the top of the liquid mixture.
step 8 out of 13
Mix everything together with a whisk or mixer until completely homogeneous. The dough should be smooth and light. Leave the finished dough to stand at room temperature for fifteen to twenty minutes.
step 9 out of 13
While the dough is "resting", we sort out the raisins from random debris, rinse thoroughly in warm water and pour boiling water for five to ten minutes. After the specified time, drain the water, and dry the dried fruits on a towel.
step 10 out of 13
Pour the prepared raisins into the dough, mix.
step 11 out of 13
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees. We lay out the dough in silicone molds, filling them no more than two-thirds of the volume of the mold, since the dough grows during baking. Silicone molds do not need to be lubricated.
step 12 out of 13
We put the filled molds on a baking sheet and place it in the oven at the middle level. We bake for fifteen to twenty minutes. The finished muffins rise and blush well. If in doubt about the readiness of the dough, pierce one of the muffins with a toothpick - no raw dough should remain on it.
step 13 out of 13
We take the finished muffins out of the oven, remove them from the molds and place them on a serving dish. Sprinkle the products with sifted icing sugar, cool completely and serve.
Bon Appetit!
