Milk cupcakes always rise well and turn out to be very fluffy. Just knead the dough, arrange it in silicone molds and in a few minutes the delicious aroma of baking will gather your loved ones around the table.

Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar, salt and milk. Whisk all ingredients until smooth.

Add melted butter and cinnamon to the resulting mass, mix with a whisk again. Mix flour with baking powder and sift, add it in portions to a bowl and knead the dough.

Fill two-thirds of the silicone molds with dough. If desired, you can put a paper socket in each mold.

Bake the muffins in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Remove the finished muffins from the molds, sprinkle with powdered sugar and the dessert is ready.
