A very simple way of making incredibly tasty and airy muffins based on natural yogurt can be repeated by any housewife. Such baked goods will be very light and will retain their freshness for a long time.

In a bowl, combine egg, sugar, vanillin and salt. Beat these ingredients thoroughly with a mixer until a thick, homogeneous mass is obtained.

Heat the yogurt in the microwave to room temperature. Add it to the beaten egg, stir. Then add sunflower oil and baking soda, mix the dough well again.

Combine flour with baking powder and sift. Add flour to liquid ingredients and knead the dough.

Fill silicone molds 2/3 of their height with dough.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees, bake muffins for 30-35 minutes. Ready-made muffins can be sprinkled with powdered sugar and served with tea or milk.
