Cupcakes with raisins in silicone molds

This recipe makes cupcakes tender and fluffy. They are baked in silicone molds - this is very practical, the dough does not stick to the walls and the finished muffins are easily removed from the molds.

Pour the raisins with boiling water for 5-7 minutes so that it steams and swells. Then drain the water and squeeze the raisins lightly.

Put the softened butter in a bowl, add sugar, salt and vanilla sugar to it, beat these ingredients with a mixer. Then add eggs one at a time, after each beat the mass with a mixer until smooth.

Mix flour with baking powder, sift it and add to a bowl, knead the dough.

Then add the raisins to the dough and mix well again.
Arrange the dough in tins, fill them 2/3 of the volume, as the dough will rise and grow in size during the baking process.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the tins of dough in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. Place the prepared muffins on a platter and serve.
