Cupcakes are pastries that can be an alternative to cakes and pies at festive teas and feasts. They can be vanilla and chocolate, filled with fruits and jams, with sprinkles and cream - it all depends on your imagination.

Melt the butter over low heat and cool. In a bowl, combine eggs, melted butter and milk.

Add dry ingredients to liquid and knead the dough.

Fill 2/3 of the volume of silicone molds with dough. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake muffins at this temperature for 20-25 minutes. Cool the finished muffins and serve with tea or milk.
