In summer, you can make muffins with fresh cherries, in winter, use frozen berries. All the same, it will turn out very juicy and tasty, the main thing is not to forget to get rid of the seeds.

Cut the butter into several pieces, melt it over low heat or in the microwave and cool.

Mix flour with baking powder, sift and add sugar, vanillin and salt to it.

Add milk and eggs to the cooled butter, beat until smooth. Then add the flour mixture in small portions and knead the dough.

Wash the cherries, dry them, be sure to remove the seeds. Add the cherries to the dough and stir again. Divide the dough into silicone molds so that they are 2/3 full.

Place the molds in an oven preheated to 190 degrees. Bake the muffins for 25-30 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer; after a puncture, it should remain dry. Cool the finished muffins a little, remove from the molds and serve.
