Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
We wash the vegetables with water. Cut the tomatoes into four parts, cut their petioles. Peppers are peeled from seeds and also cut into small pieces. Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
step 2 out of 5
Pass the garlic through a press. We transfer all the ingredients to a saucepan and put on a low heat for 1-1.5 hours. Stir the mousse periodically.
step 3 out of 5
Then remove the pan from the heat. Add greens to the mass and grind everything in a blender. Wipe the finished mass through a strainer or cheesecloth. This will get rid of the large pulp.
step 4 out of 5
Pour the cleaned mass back into the pan. Add salt, sugar, cinnamon and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil and continue cooking for another 40 minutes. Pour in vinegar and mix.
step 5 out of 5
Pour the prepared sauce into sterilized jars and roll up.

Bon Appetit!
