Tomato ketchup with bell pepper and garlic for the winter

A fragrant and incredibly tasty preparation for the winter. Ketchup cooked with garlic and pepper is delicious! Just lick your fingers! Do not be too lazy to prepare more of these jars!

We wash all the vegetables. We remove the petioles from the tomatoes, cut into several slices and scroll through a meat grinder.

Now we clean the pepper, remove the seeds and also scroll it in a meat grinder.

Peel the garlic and pass it through a press.

Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring them to a boil. After that, add granulated sugar, salt and pepper. We continue to cook for another 30 minutes. The mass should boil down a little.

Remove the pan from the heat and wipe the mass through a strainer or colander. Pour it into a saucepan again and continue cooking for another 40-50 minutes, until the ketchup becomes quite thick.
