Tomato starch ketchup

Delicious, natural ketchup can be made at home. It is best to cook it with starch, so the sauce will turn out to be of the correct thickness and will taste just like a store one.

We transfer the mass to a saucepan and bring to a boil. After that, we shift the mass into a strainer and grind it.

Add salt, sugar, spices and starch to the tomato mass. Stir and put on fire again. After boiling, simmer the ketchup on the stove for 40-50 minutes. Look at its density. In 2-3 minutes. until tender, pour in the vinegar.
