A fragrant preparation for the winter! Tomato and pepper ketchup is very tasty and spicy. There is simply no better dressing for meat products! And even a beginner can cook it, if you follow a proven recipe exactly!

All vegetables must be rinsed with water, peeled from the onion, peeled the carrot, removed the seeds from the peppers, and removed the stalks from the tomatoes. Then cut all the vegetables into small pieces and send them to the pan. Bring to a boil and then cook for another 30 minutes.

Now remove the pan from the heat and grind everything with a blender. If you want the ketchup to be completely homogeneous, then we also rub it through a strainer.
