Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
First, let's prepare the bell pepper. To do this, wash it, cut it into halves and clean out the seeds, and then divide it into several parts.
step 2 out of 6
I also wash the tomatoes, remove the petioles and cut into slices.
step 3 out of 6
We clean the carrots and rub them on a coarse grater.
step 4 out of 6
We put all the vegetables in a saucepan and put them on the stove. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook for another 30 minutes.
step 5 out of 6
Now we take a blender and grind until smooth. Add sugar, salt, crushed garlic and pepper. We put on the stove and cook after boiling for 50 minutes.
step 6 out of 6
Pour vinegar, stir and put the ketchup in sterilized jars. We roll up with iron lids. Leave to cool at room temperature.

Bon Appetit!
